Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OnTaskd (the "Service"), operated by Two Street ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
OnTaskd is a personal task and calendar management application that lets you organize tasks and view your Google Calendar, and may send you a daily agenda email. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You sign in using your Google account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Access to the Service is limited to authorized accounts; we may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access data that is not yours; interfering with or disrupting the Service; reverse engineering or probing it except as permitted by law; or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Google services
Your use of Google features within the Service is also subject to Google's terms and policies. You can revoke OnTaskd's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Two Street and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Street will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
